Their Sacred Honor was founded on a simple belief: those shell casings deserve to be preserved, not discarded. We engrave and plate each one to serve as a permanent, tangible memorial — a physical piece of history that families can hold, display, and pass down for generations.

1906 · An American Legacy
The .30-06 Springfield
Adopted by the U.S. Army in 1906, the .30-06 Springfield became one of the most recognized cartridges in American military history. It carried generations of service members through World War I, World War II, and Korea — most famously as the round chambered in the M1 Garand, the iconic rifle of the 20th-century American soldier.
Long after it left front-line service, honor guards continued using ceremonial M1 Garands during funeral honors — not for any official significance of the cartridge itself, but for tradition, reliability, and the heritage it carries. The meaning of a rifle salute comes from the honor rendered to the fallen; the casing preserved afterward becomes a tangible connection to a loved one's service, dedication, and the respect shown in their final farewell.
